Qualifications:  

  • Must have a strong knowledge of network and application security principles and practices. 
  • Familiarity with security tools such as Metasploit, Nessus, and Burp Suite is essential. 
  • Certifications like CEH, OSCP are highly desired and demonstrate a commitment to professional development. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically about security challenges. 
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:  

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful penetration testing and vulnerability assessment projects.

Sales Director

The Sales Operations Specialist will organize and operate the sales operations of ATEAM. This individual will be instrumental in working with the executives, sales leadership, sales staff, legal, finance and delivery teams to ensure a positive customer acquisition experience for our partners and direct sales. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the logistics for all internal and external sales activities in partnership with the inside and outside sales teams, consultants, partners, delivery, and leadership.
  • Prepare business documents for partnerships.
  • Prepare customer quotes.
  • Prepare proposals, author content required to meet customer and company objectives for transactional and long-term contracts
  • Participate in developing and delivering proposal templates, re-usable modules and writing of professional proposals for both Commercial and SLED marketplaces.
  • Help customers place orders.
    Help with overall support between the customer / partner and ATEAM sales, delivery, and finance team.
  • Assist in onboarding, training of new sales staff, both ATEAM and referral / reseller partners.
  • Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures for sales operations.
  • Coordinate to make sure the correct processes, procedures, and information are followed.
  • Provide standardized repeatable processes that streamline the customer/partner acquisition
  • Prepare regular sales pipeline and forecast reports for leadership.
    Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of sales operations experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred; will consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. 
Preferred experience in the cybersecurity managed services, product delivery industry.
